How to Return an Item
Eligibility for Returns:

You can return your purchase within 2 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure:

The item is unused and in original condition

All tags, labels, and packaging are intact

Start the Return Process:

To initiate a return, email us at desikhasta@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This RMA number is essential for us to process your return smoothly.

Send the Item Back:

After receiving your RMA number, securely pack the item with its original packaging and include your RMA number. Ship it to:

Processing Refunds or Exchanges
